Returns & Exchanges

In order to make a change, the following aspects must be met:

· The products to change of your order must be within the term to make changes and returns. This period is 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

· The products to be changed in your order must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.

· The products in your order must be under warranty. The guarantee is 3 months from the date of delivery of the order, therefore, in the event of manufacturing defects, a period of three months must not have been exceeded.

In the event that the product has a defect caused by misuse, assessed by our customer service team, the warranty will be voided and no changes can be made.
